Temporary Receptionist for Property Development company in The West End.

A London-based Property company is seeking an experienced Receptionist to manage the front desk and its related tasks. The successful candidate will be someone who is well presented and has an excellent phone manner. It is a very client-facing role so experience managing a reception desk in a busy office is required.

Role: Receptionist

Duration: 1-2 months

Start date: 14th October

Salary: Up to £17 p/h DOE

Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, 5 days in the office

Location: West End

Responsibilities:

  • Managing meeting rooms and calenders
  • Meet and greet guests and clients
  • Managing switchboard, phones and e-mails
  • Various other admin / office management tasks

Requirements:

  • Reception / FOH experience required
  • Experience overseeing a busy office
  • Very well-presented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
