Job Title: Social Housing Labourer
Salary - £29,000 - £30,000 + van and fuel card

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Assist with renovation and refurbishment projects.
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Address plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues as required.
- Ensure the safety and security of work sites and residents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labor or maintenance work is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic construction and repair tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physical tasks.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
