Interim Facilities Management Coordinator

Posted by The Management Recruitment Group.

Do you have a knack for project management? Understand your CAPEX from your OPEX? Can look at building plans and say "right, this is the next step we need to take"?

Yes? Great.

I'm working with a household name in the arts sector who needs someone like you. It's a fixed term contract for 6 months initially, but with the potential scope to be extended further.

What you will need to be able to show is a good understanding and experience of project management (not necessarily at a high level), knowledge of capital projects from an FM perspective - meaning you can understand and are familiar with the processes that need to be followed, as well as have an understanding of architectural planning.

The "client" will give you all the support you need in the role, so you do not need to be an expert. This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their career. Or someone who is not working and is happy to do a contract.
