Our fantastic client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Content Creator to join their team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who excels at visual storytelling and is passionate about producing engaging content for social media. You will be responsible for showcasing their services and events, whilst maintaining a consistent and compelling digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, film, and edit high-quality videos, reels, and stories that highlight our services and events.
Create visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
Manage and upload content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Schedule and post content regularly to ensure a strong online presence.
Generate fresh ideas for content to attract and retain followers.
Stay updated on social media trends and implement new strategies to boost engagement.
Experiment with different content formats to identify what performs best with the audience.
Analyse content performance using metrics and insights and adjust strategies to improve results.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align content with business goals.
Collaborate with external photographers, videographers, and influencers when necessary.
Act as a visual storyteller, highlighting the company's values, customer service, and product offerings.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in content creation, video production, and social media management.
Proficient in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
A creative thinker with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and bring a proactive, positive attitude.
