Key Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will:
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients to thoroughly understand their corporate legal needs and objectives.
- Transactional Work: Handle a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate matters.
- Legal Expertise: Stay updated on the latest corporate laws, regulations, and industry trends, providing clients with well-informed legal advice.
- Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on corporate transactions, including reviewing legal documents, financial records, and compliance matters.
- Drafting and Review: Prepare and review complex corporate agreements, contracts, and documentation.

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years PQE.
- Deep knowledge of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contractual matters.
