My client are a leading Social Media Agency who are looking for a Social Business Lead to support them on a variety of their Clients

You will be reporting into the Head of Social & Influence

The Role

Leadership and Strategy: You will manage a team of social media specialists, crafting and executing innovative social strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.

Client Engagement: You will act as the primary liaison for high-profile clients, fostering strong relationships and gaining a comprehensive understanding of their brand objectives and social media needs.

Innovative Solutions: You will utilize data, technology, and creativity to design and implement engaging social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility and effectively reach target audiences.

Growth and Development: You will identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and support the acquisition of new accounts, contributing to the expansion of our social business services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with other teams within Accenture Song, such as creative, digital, and strategy departments, to provide integrated solutions that amplify the effectiveness of our social media initiatives.

You

  • Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills: The ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team of social media experts. Experience in managing diverse teams, setting clear objectives, and driving performance is crucial.
  • Deep Understanding of Social Media Strategy: Expertise in creating and executing effective organic social media strategies that align with client goals. This includes a solid grasp of platform algorithms, audience behaviors, content trends, and best practices for engagement and growth.
  • Excellent Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in engaging with high-profile clients, understanding their brand and business needs, and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. The ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations is essential.
  • Data-Driven and Creative Mindset: A strong ability to leverage analytics, data insights, and creativity to design innovative campaigns that increase brand visibility and resonate with target audiences. The candidate should be comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Abilities: Experience working collaboratively with other departments, such as creative, digital, and strategy teams, to deliver integrated solutions that maximize the impact of social media efforts. Being a strong team player and adept at coordinating multi-disciplinary projects is vital.
