Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey as an Online Customer Service Executive in Buckshaw, Chorley, Lancashire. This role offers a competitive salary of £27,500-£30,000, depending on experience, and the chance to work within a dynamic team on a fixed-term contract until September 2025.

Imagine starting your day knowing that your efforts directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business success. This role provides the perfect platform to showcase your exceptional customer service skills, while also allowing you to develop and grow professionally. You'll be working 37.5 hours a week, with shifts between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, offering a balanced work-life schedule.

As an Online Customer Service Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and professionally. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries via Zendesk, managing the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure timely processing of orders, and resolving any queries from our 3PL partner. Your role will also involve providing comprehensive product information, processing returns and exchanges, and monitoring social media interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a customer service role for an online business, particularly on Shopify. You must be logical, articulate, and capable of maintaining a calm and professional demeanour in fast-paced situations. Strong computer skills, efficient typing pace, and excellent time-management, organisational, and prioritisation skills are essential. Additionally, you should have strong self-management skills, enabling you to take ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills to ensure customers feel valued and heard.

This role not only offers a competitive salary but also the chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward-thinking team. If you are coherent, organised, and hardworking, this could be the perfect role for you.
