Your new role:
- The Credit Control Team Lead job role involves supporting the Credit Control Manager
- Overseeing a team tasked with managing credit accounts within the wholesale sector, including individual traders to national corporations,
- Optimising cash flow and sustaining excellent rapport.
- Aiding in cash collection processes and conducting credit evaluations for new account applications.
- Ensuring efficient office administration and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Accurately allocating customer payments and performing bank reconciliations.
- Proactively recovering debts through various communication methods.
- Resolving invoice disputes, pursuing debt litigation when necessary, and overseeing payment arrangements until their fulfilment.
- You will use your advanced Excel skills on a day-to-day basis.
