An exciting opportunity for an Employment lawyer to join a thriving In-house team in Bristol.

Our client, one of the UK's largest and leading insurance companies, are seeking an Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their highly successful Litigation Team.

You will handle your own mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters and provide clear and accurate legal advice. You will be acting for clients, both claimant and defendant, on a full range of employment disputes advising on unfair dismissal claims, complex discrimination, whistle blowing and equal pay. Managing claims from inception through to final hearing.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) or Legal Executive and will have previous experience managing your own Employment caseload. It is essential that you have a good understanding of Employment Law and of the Employment Tribunal procedure. Previous experience dealing with legal expenses Insurance funded claims would be beneficial.

This is a full-time permanent role paying a competitive market salary. Excellent benefits are also on offer.

The organisation works on a hybrid model and attend the office twice a week.
