  • This is an exciting opportunity to lead major civil engineering and rail projects, playing a key role in delivering innovative and impactful solutions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and rail projects from conception to completion.
- Manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and financial management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any issues that arise.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges and maintain project efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, rail, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- In-depth understanding of contracts (e.g., NEC), project financials, and construction methodologies.
- Relevant qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, or similar) and a valid CSCS card are advantageous.
