Our client is a fast growing, family run business looking for an experienced Service Co-Ordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience within the Electrical and Mechanical industry. You will have proven track record of managing and co-ordinating diaries, you will be competent and proficient in Word & Excel and be able to manage incoming and outgoing emails and calls which are essential in the day-to-day running of the business. You will book engineers and estimators diary, have good time management skills, help maintain and deliver systems to ensure the most efficient use of stock and drive-up profit, and manage database of their existing customers by cleaning and updating records. Customer service skills are a necessity.
