Main duties:
To take charge of an international account portfolio by providing end to end account management and drive sales growth through proactive desk-based selling
The role:
- To identify sales opportunities in order to significantly grow the business on international market
- To effectively manage and implement the sales budget while meeting the predetermined sales targets
- To create strong and enduring customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and empathetically managing customer expectations.
- To comply with all the Company's procedures, and policies
- To be the main point of contact and establish strong relationships with your designated international customer accounts
- To ensure accurate processing of customer orders
- To keep a record of all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and timely
- To organise and process sample requests
- To work collaboratively with internal teams including logistics, warehouse, and operations to facilitate the swift dispatch of orders
- To deliver exceptional after-sales and technical support
The candidate:
- Previous experience in Sales or Account Management
- Commercial awareness
- Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritise workload
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate
