Are you looking to develop your career in telesales? Do you want to join a company with a reputation for training their staff, as well as offering them a good work life balance with no weekend working? Due to expansion, they need more Telesales Executives to join their Telesales team.
Initially, you will participate in a comprehensive paid training program covering telesales techniques and in-depth product knowledge about GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) insurance prior to you making any calls. GAP insurance offers protection if there is a financial shortfall if the car is written off or stolen.
You will need to be target driven and have a background in sales, telesales, telemarketing, retail, or customer service whilst possessing a confident and professional telephone manner. A background in insurance or the automotive sectors would be useful but not imperative. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed are essential to this position!
This Telesales Executive role involves making warm sales calls to potential customers who have already expressed interest in GAP insurance, eliminating cold calling. Communication skills will be crucial to effectively convey the benefits of GAP insurance policies and achieve sales targets.
