Our client, a luxury Hotel in Bournemouth, is seeking a Temporary Chef de Partie (CDP) to work for the next 3 months. The hotel stands out as a luxury accommodations leader and looks to be at the forefront of luxury dining. The client is offering a salary between £15-£17 per hour umbrella working 40-hour work weeks with live-in available and a range of additional benefits!
What Does the Role Entail?
Step into a pivotal role as a passionate and hands-on Chef (CDP) working 40-45 hours a week on a 5-day week for the next 3 months. You'll be part of the main force working in the main restaurant team, ensuring operational excellence in the Client's renowned site. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards and contributing to the Italian restaurant onsite.
What skills will you have?
You will have experience in a similar role as a CDP ideally in Italian cuisine or at a hotel, to give you an understanding of the industry's specific demands. While appreciating tradition, you should exhibit a forward-thinking mindset and adaptability to the demands of a high-volume operation. Your proven expertise in Restaurant practices, including organisational skills, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skill-set, will be key to your success.
