We are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the Director of Marketing & Admissions in delivering the Strategic Marketing & Admissions Plan.

You'll be involved in a wide variety of marketing activities, including creating content for our website and hard copy publications, creating video and photographic content and managing digital video and image libraries. You will also assist with our social media management, press and publicity.

Working with other departments across the Senior and Prep School, you'll share information and ensure brand consistency across our communications, promoting all aspects of the school both internally and externally.

Additionally, you will:

- Assist with the implementation and development of our Social Media Strategy
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Admissions team
- Copywrite and proofread marketing materials

About You

To be considered as a Marketing Assistant, you will need:

- Marketing, social media or content creation experience or an equivalent qualification
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with the marketing applications of social media
- The ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
