IT Acccount Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Desk Based IT Account Manager to join their expanding team.

The role will be within the existing sales team, but the successful candidate will be required to work with each of the other key departments within the organisation to ensure the best customer experience for their partners. This is a great opportunity to work within a successful sales team and a good grounding for someone who has the drive to become an external account manager in the future.

Main Responsibilities:

? Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact for enquires and pricing requests.

? Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling products of services to increase account revenue.

? Collaborate with other internal teams to fulfil partner requirements and ensure an exemplary level of customer service.

? Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on account performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.

? Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise, working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and Experience:

? Understanding customer service and customer relationship management, prefereably within an IT Services background.

? Excellent organisational skills

? Customer focused, with good communication skills

? Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude who is keen to solve problems and improve processes

? Team player

? Self motivated and results oriented, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
