This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in a central operations role.
The charity is going through an exciting period of change where your ideas and voice will be herd, you will be able to play a part directly in shaping the role where you will be the central point of communication to the stores.
Communication, Organisation & Planning
- Act as the gateway for all communication to shops
- Ensure that all communication shops, warehouse, e-com receive is concise, clear and inspires the appropriate action
- Prioritise communication to shops based on the value it gives to driving sales, enhancing customer experience and delivering the retail strategy
- Effectively communicate across the wider organisation in a way that increases understanding of the needs of retail
Sales & Customer Focus
- Supports the delivery of shop sales and e-com performance and stay abreast of retail and e-com sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis
- Create ideas and initiatives to drive sales and profits
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded both internally and externally
- Manage the relationship between shops and Ragging companies to ensure the most profitable solution is in place
Procedures & Systems
- Shape and continuously evolve front and back of house procedures so that they are considered best in class
- Enable compliance to Health and Safety in stores by having H &
Visual Communication & FOH standards
- Devise innovative ways to achieve excellence in visual standards
- Organise the model store set-up
- Communicate clearly any expected front of house standards
- Devise window guidelines which align with the Retail Planner
Reporting
- Collates all necessary retail, e-com and warehouse reporting as required by Head of Retail, Ops and E-com
