Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly payroll process with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately in Xero, ensuring error-free ledgers.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Address invoice queries through excellent client communication.
- Handle complex bonus/commission calculations and salary sacrifice arrangements.
- Utilise Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, alongside payroll software like Xero to streamline processes.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and uphold a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Employ strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Exhibit a positive "Can Do" attitude while showcasing outstanding planning and organizational skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with foreign currencies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with month-end reconciliations and VAT return submissions.
- Knowledge of P11D & PSA preparation and submission.
- Previous experience processing temporary workers in payroll.
