As our Management Accountant, you will be part of our Bath finance team who are responsible for producing management accounts for multi cost centre operations, producing budgets and forecasts, appraising and tracking capital spend on multiple projects, and engaging with non-financial professionals to ensure robust and meaningful information. You will support the Duchy's team of property managers and building surveyors in all aspects of financial management.
You are fully qualified; ACA, CIMA or ACCA and able to contribute towards the production of annual statutory accounts under IFRS. You should be a confident communicator, able to skilfully summarise complex issues and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience within a property management environment or accounting for building and construction projects would be a desirable but not essential.
