Based near Hull, this is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate looking to manage a Sales team who possesses a long string of Sales success.
Benefits:
Salary: £70,000 to £100,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy for the running of the business for both the electrical and the autocad arms of the business.
- Providing strategic, commercial and operational leadership across all arms of the company.
- Driving forward ambitious growth plans whilst maintaining and improving the workplace culture.
- Create and deliver a strategic business plan, driving business growth and continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance culture with an engaged, collaborative and accountable team.
- Lead, mentor, coach and line manage the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Finance Manager, Technical Managers and beyond (50+ Headcount).
- Prepare and present monthly Business Updates and Quarterly Strategy Updates to the board.
- Assess resource needs and support the recruitment, onboarding and retention of high-quality new starters.
- Capable of managing and inspiring all of the employees to work toward one joint goal.
- Offer guidance on improving efficiency and margins to maintain and improve profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous success as a Managing Director in a technical industry (Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing etc.)
- Past success with implement new processes across the company with clear results.
- Ability to implement efficient processes throughout all arms of the company.
