We are supporting a company based in Burgess Hill with recruiting for a Data Reporting Administrator. This is a full time, hybrid position, paying up to £28,000 depending on your experience. You would be based in the office 2 days a week and working from home for 3 days a week. Hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:

  • Monitor and analyse data, identifying and reporting on trends
  • Create and analyse reports using MS Excel and other tools, then present findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Generate and review billing statements
  • Ensure accuracy in billing calculations and resolve discrepancies
  • Support contract renewal processes
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain organised records and documentation

To be considered for this position you must be able to work with sets of data and have previous experience of data analysis. Ideally you will have experience of working with Microsoft Excel, especially for pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc. Previous experience in billing would be advantageous but not essential.

IT equipment and training will be provided. You must also be able to drive due to the company location. In return for your hard work and commitment you will be offered a benefits package to include: 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), hybrid working, company pension.

This role may occasionally require you to work outside the perimeters of your daily role, so flexibility and adaptability would be required. For the right person this will be second nature! There is also flexibility in return with working patterns/hybrid working requests too!
