Product Manager (International Tax and Compliance | Hybrid working | Inside IR35 | 12 month contract
As a Product Manager on the international tax and compliance team, you will be instrumental in researching, prioritising, and designing solutions to expand our international tax and compliance offerings for a global customer base. Your role involves synthesising tax and compliance legislation to adapt or enhance our indirect tax and compliance capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business and tax use cases, converting these into detailed user stories and requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with other product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of solutions through training, support, and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and prioritise tax and compliance solutions to serve global customers.
- Synthesise tax and compliance legislation to enhance indirect tax capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather use cases and develop detailed user stories and requirements.
- Partner with product managers, engineering staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful solution launches.
- Provide training, support, and marketing efforts for new solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in international tax, VAT, or finance.
- Degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Significant experience in project leadership and project management with a track record of successful delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with diverse teams towards a common objective.
- Ability to work with a global team across different time zones.
- Direct experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst for SaaS applications is a significant plus.
