Our client, a leader in healthcare media publications, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.

This role is pivotal in expanding their market presence and driving sales for one of their renowned healthcare journals. They are looking for a motivated individual to manage and grow and add to their existing client base, utilizing innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

In this role, you will sell essential media solutions, including print, digital, and event sponsorships, to top medical device and pharmaceutical companies. You will have the opportunity to develop creative promotional campaigns and sponsorship packages, adding significant value to clients. Additionally, you'll represent the journal at both domestic and international conferences, enhancing your professional network and industry expertise.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or media, though this is not essential. You should thrive in a target-driven environment, be a confident communicator, and have a passion for building strong client relationships. Strong time management and organisational skills are essential, along with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Our client offers a supportive and inclusive company culture, with on-the-job training provided where needed. The role offers a competitive salary starting from £27,500 to £35,000, depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission potential of £10,000 to £15,000 and additional company benefits.
