Reed Public Sector is urgently recruiting for 5 Customer Service Advisors for housing repairs team in a Local Authority in Berkshire.
Contracts Length: 6 months with a possibility of getting extended.
Rate: £13.47 to 15.00 per hour - depending on experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide an excellent and consistent customer fulfilment service to our customers by delivering statutory and non-statutory activity and complying with the relevant legislation and statute, standards, service level agreements, policies and processes.
- Effectively deal with enquiries and case work using the appropriate channel (telephone, online form, social media, post, chat, email, public consultation, face-to-face or systems); escalating enquiries and case work where it is appropriate to do so.
- With a high degree of attention to detail and by applying the correct policy or statute, log enquiries, make bookings; validate and process applications accurately and appropriately.
- Confidently, impartially, politely and compassionately provide advice, guidance and signposting to customers, partners, and businesses.
Experience
- Experience of working in a performance driven customer services and administrative environment
- Experience of communicating with a wide variety of customers in a sensitive and tactful manner and will demonstrate the confidence to handle difficult situations.
