As a Credit Hire Litigator, you will manage a caseload of litigated fast track and multi-track credit hire cases, including both liability admitted and disputed claims. Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance with court directions and orders, maintaining efficient case progression, and fostering strong relationships with the hire company. Your expertise will be pivotal in negotiating and settling cases to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Credit Hire, a comprehensive understanding of the PI process, including costs, and familiarity with case management systems, preferably Proclaim. Your ability to handle RTA claims to conclusion, manage your workload under pressure, and maintain high-quality work standards will be key to your success. A target-driven individual, you will also ensure exceptional client care while working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
