ProTalent is seeking a Practice Manager for a fantastic opportunity at a well established accountancy practice in West Sussex. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000, with the added benefit of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff and workflow within the practice, working closely with the directors to ensure efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include client management, technical competence in general practice functions such as FRS 102 and FRS 102 1a accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT, and payroll, as well as managing a team of 8, including 2 managers. We are also looking for someone with ACCA qualification or ACA and a proactive mindset to drive the company forward.
