HR Generalist for German Market

HR Generalist with German language or with previous HR Generalist for German market experience is urgently required. This is initially 3-month contract role but the position will be opened for a permanent hire. The company are an AI data advertising agency in the City (Liverpool Street) and the position pays up to £55k pro-rata. This HR Generalist will be required to look after the London office of 66 people as well as the German office of 25 people. Additionally, there will be 15 people across Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark and Netherlands. The HR Generalist will have office management responsibilities for the London office. The company is in the transition stage moving from start-up to more corporate. They are international and have 17 offices globally. Very exciting time to join!

HR Generalist requirements:

  • UK and Germany HR operations experience are pre-requisite
  • Previous HR standalone experience.
  • Ideally some German language knowledge or HR for German market experience

The Regional People Operations Specialist is an exciting opportunity which covers all aspects of HR day to day operations. The Regional People Operations Specialist position reports to Senior Regional Manager based abroad so we are looking for confident, decisive and pro-active candidates. Hybrid working. 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm.

HR Generalist role includes:

-People Operations:

Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire, including benefits management, payroll, and job changes.

  • Data management: Responsible for data accuracy and completion in the People Systems & Employee Records.
  • People processes design: Responsible for designing the local / regional processes and policies and ensuring that teams are applying those consistently. Co-creating global coherence and harmonizations.
  • Automatizations: Align globally People processes leveraging technology and contribute to simplifications and operational excellence.
  • Team management: Responsible for monitoring team's KPIs & Project Management

Compliance: Knowledgeable on observing local legislation while navigating employment changes, systems updates, policies reviews or process implementations.

-People/Workplace Budget: Adherence to budget, review of actual spents and proposal for usage optimization

Workplace:

  • Office Management: Manage the rental contracts and all suppliers / contracts related to the office (cleaning, printers or different supplies). In charge of managing the Summer and Winter office events.
  • Culture: you are responsible for organising some office events and supporting initiatives to contribute to the sense of belonging of our employees.
  • Vendor Management: Liaising, control cost and efficiencies
  • Health and Safety: Applying the relevant framework for keeping our employees safe and healthy in the workplace. Adhering to local legislation.
  • Location strategy: Understanding the market, locations and proposing efficient solutions for our offices.
