We're looking for an ambitious, self-starter to join the reception team for a slick investment firm in London's West End working closely with other support staff for career development and plenty of progression opportunities.
This is a entry level reception position, you are not required to have any prior receptionist experience although it will be beneficial but must have some experience within a client services/customer service role. This is all about the person, strong work-ethic and good attitude.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming Clients and Visitors
Managing Phone Calls and Inquiries.
Maintaining a Professional Reception Area.
Appointment Scheduling and Calendar Management
Handling Mail and Deliveries
**What you'll need.**Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience selling software in a senior sales position.
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Incredible client service skills
