What do we do to support you as a trainee?
- We offer a free of charge, 3 hour, in-person 'Teaching Assistant Introduction Course' to help prepare you before going into the classroom for the first time
- You will learn about the role of a teaching assistant, school expectations, tools to support learning and safeguarding
