The role:

You will be given the chance to work on some highly innovative and award-winning campaigns and your key function will be to support designated senior account handlers overseeing the design and production of eye-catching digital campaigns. You will be working across a breadth of marketing, brand related and digital projects, from concept to completion and will include anything from a complete re-brand of mobile sites up to large innovative websites. You'll see yourself get involved with a mix of sectors that cover professional services, logistics and transport, technology, FinTech, through to publishing, construction, and education sectors.

Additionally, you will get involved in harnessing the rep of this agency so plenty of scope to use your imagination & social media savvy, which may also mean some offline print and creative, too. This will also involve liaising internally, but you'll be given plenty of help and guidance to run with these projects on your own steam. It's vital that you'll also be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in and be a genuine people person who enjoys supporting others and seeing other members of the team thrive and develop. Lastly, a good sense of humour and a fun attitude to life is essential!

What we're looking for:

Skills and experience are handy, but equal importance is on personality, attitude, and cultural fit - they've a wonderful reputation for staff retention & development, and simply want someone that's grounded, easy to work with who brings a bit of sunshine to the office. You will be involved in all stages of project development from brief taking, to market research, digital marketing, execution and evaluation, so we do need someone that's got their head around in SEO, PPC, UX, social, content etc and just get a real kick seeing digital campaigns come to life.

You will ideally have a relevant degree, preferably in a marketing or related discipline combined with a solid 12 - 18 months experience within a B2B, agency or client side, marketing focused, environment. You will also be looking to work in an agency environment that has a very strong record of developing people, and a genuine interest in all things marketing, both online & offline.

Stating the obvious but you'll have a real passion for marketing and in particular digital, combined with a good-natured outlook, and knowing how to help others around you. It is also desirable that you know your way around curating and planning social media campaigns, and other online channels as it will be a fundamental part of your role.
