We have recently registered a quality role in Worcester for a Sales/Lettings Negotiator.
Main Objective:
To assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day functions within the Sales and Lettings Departments of the Estate Agency office.
Skills, knowledge and experience required for the post:
1.Knowledge and previous experience in Sales and Lettings procedures and office administration preferred but full training will be given
2.Previous experience in customer focused environment as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator (or similar position) essential.
3.Good standard of education, minimum 4 GCSE's (or equivalent), one to include English.
4.Knowledge and/or qualifications using variety of IT programs. Data input skills to a high standard of speed and accuracy.
5.Knowledge of the local area and property market, sales and lettings.
6.Understand and adhere to the Property Misdescriptions Act.
7.Personable appearance, well organised with good communication and client care skills.
8.Car owner/driver and the use of a vehicle for traveling to/from properties.
