We are actively supporting their recruitment for a Maintenance Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent contract. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly respected organisation, where you'll have the chance to build and lead a high performing maintenance engineering team.
This position is working Monday - Friday 39 hours a week, offering a salary up to £65K pending experience.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the below core skill set:
- Experience within Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Root cause analysis ability within Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
- BS 7671:2018, 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
To be considered for this position we are looking for a natural leader with excellent man-management skills who can demonstrate experience in a similar role, with strong PLC knowledge in programming, fault finding and diagnostics. You will prove to have problem solving skills within a manufacturing environment and offer precision results.
You will be responsible for executing a broad range of complex and skilled tasks to ensure the efficient operation and preventative maintenance of production equipment, applying your mechanical expertise to diagnose and repair issues across various systems, including but not limited to pneumatic and hydraulic components of production machinery.
