TSR Legal are proud to be working with a national law firm who are now seeking a meticulous and driven individual to join their team as a Revenue Controller and Debt Recovery Support Assistant. Role:
As a key member of the finance team, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance revenue streams while ensuring the timely recovery of debts. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the firms aged debts and supporting the debt recovery team with client matters as well as monitoring accounts receivable, managing billing processes, and implementing effective debt recovery strategies. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the financial health of the organisation by minimising outstanding debts and optimising cash flow.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in revenue control and debt recovery within a finance department
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to handle sensitive financial discussions
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and financial targets
