The Role

As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of our marketing plan.

Playing a key role in marketing and supporting the growth of our training products and qualifications, you'll enhance our profile with key audiences and stakeholders through developing our website, press coverage and member communications.

Alongside the Heads of Industry, you'll implement marketing strategies for each of our markets, including product marketing, instructor / EPA recruitment and provider acquisition / retention, promoting the uptake of our courses.

You'll also work across the Marketing and Communications team, ensuring they are co-ordinated, focused and able to deliver on the tactical marketing plan for the business. In addition, you will take up line management responsibilities as you progress within the role.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage all website activity
- Undertake periodic research to understand market trends and adapt marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Process financial requisitions, purchase orders and invoices

About You

To be considered as a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will need:

- Digital marketing experience including website management, search engine optimisation and social media communications
- Experience developing and implementing a B2B marketing and communications strategy
- Experience of working across a business to collaboratively develop and deliver effective marketing programmes
- Experience of developing brand awareness and positioning
- Experience using a Content Management System
- Experience of working to budgets and targets
- People management knowledge/experience
- Experience of MS Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite, or a similar design package
- A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related subject
- A full, valid driving licence (due to site location and ad-hoc travel to meetings and events)
