A leading law firm, recognized for its high-quality legal services, is seeking a skilled Commercial & Corporate Partner to join their team in the North West. This exciting opportunity is available across multiple locations including Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds, offering flexibility with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Commercial & Corporate division, managing a portfolio of complex and high-value cases.
- Advise on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
- Spearhead business development initiatives to drive growth in the Commercial & Corporate sector.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor (8+ years PQE) with substantial experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Demonstrated success in managing significant corporate transactions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A strategic approach to business development and client management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
