Senior Conference Producer - B2B Conferences

Base Salary up to £50K+ Good Bonus
I'm looking for an experienced conference producer with a stable background in commercial event production processes and enthusiasm for all areas of the role (the research calls, agenda writing and speaker recruitment).
If you have experience growing/developing launch events it would be advantageous but not essential.
The Role - Senior Conference Producer
You will be joining a highly successful team of producers who work at a fast pace, with exceptional attention to detail and have a depth of quality across the entire event production cycle.
Responsibilities:
- You will carry out in-depth telephone-based market research and analysis of the relevant industries for each of your events
- Identify and analyse industry challenges and trends to inspire and develop your agenda
- Develop a senior advisory network for your events
- Identify and secure high-profile industry experts to speak at your events
- Create an engaging, commercially viable and insightful agenda
- Communicating with senior business professionals. Great attention to detail with all written & spoken communication
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive the event forward and grow revenues
- Ensure deadlines, budgets and KPI's are achieved
- Attend and manage your event onsite
- Grow your events year-on-year and spot opportunities for new events to be launched.
For this position, you must be a Conference Producer or a Senior Conference producer with a successful track record producing b2b conferences and can work through a production cycle meeting deadlines, quality targets and KPIs.
This is not an events operations or a marketing role.
