I am recruiting for a 4-8 year PQE Property Litigation Solicitor in Central London.
This role is a good mix of everything Property Litigation - both Commercial and Residential - working on matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, service charges, possession of land and buildings, boundary disputes, trespass, right of light, disputes involving developments, landlords and tenants, easements and restrictive covenants etc etc.
You will be working in a team of 15 and this role will involve assisting and encouraging the Paralegals and Trainees in the firm.
This is a social firm where regular lunches and drinks happen should you want to get involved!
This firm is expanding and it is an exciting time to join.
They tend to work 9-5.30pm and avoid the long hours of some law firms.
They are looking for a Solicitor with good academics and a solid track record in property litigation from an established London law firm.
