Johnsons Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Linen, a leading name in the hospitality linen industry, is seeking a qualified Laundry Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Southall site (Jackson Way, Southall, UB2 4SF).
In this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry by:
- Maintaining, repairing, and servicing our plant, building, and equipment. Prior laundry experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Utilising your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to diagnose and fix equipment breakdowns.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise our equipment and processes.
- Participating in preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime and keep our laundry running efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with the engineering team and other departments to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, pressure systems (steam) is a plus.
- A flexible and adaptable work style, as the role requires working shifts (including evenings and weekends) as needed.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
