Become a Financial Reporting Guru:

Master the art of consolidation: Lead the production of the Group's consolidated financial statements under IFRS, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and compliant with the latest accounting standards.
Take charge of parent company reporting: Own the preparation of critical quarterly and annual reporting packs, delivering insights to key stakeholders.
Be the IFRS expert: Act as the go-to authority for all financial reporting matters, ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements and leading the development of new disclosures in response to evolving standards and significant transactions.
Challenge the status quo: Apply your sharp mind and commercial awareness to critically review and challenge financial results and disclosures, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and transparency.
Dive deep into complex disclosures: Take the lead on preparing high-profile disclosures, including the cash flow statement, alternative performance measures, and disclosures related to financial instruments, tax, and pensions.
Harness the power of technology: Leverage cutting-edge financial reporting tools like SAP and Oracle EPM, and champion automation initiatives to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
Build strong relationships: Be the primary point of contact for external auditors and the parent company financial reporting team, confidently managing deliverables and addressing their queries.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong accountant with:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with at least 1 year PQE gained within a Big 4 or Top 10 audit firm.
A strong understanding of IFRS, with experience in its application within a listed company environment (preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
