We are working with a multinational IT & technology solutions firm who are seeking an experienced paralegal to join their dynamic and collaborative legal department. You will be part of a busy team supporting seven lawyers, working particularly closely with two lawyers focused on commercial matters for their marketing solutions division. This role involves managing a shared inbox and performing various legal contractual and administrative duties. The ideal candidate must have a law degree, as well as experience as a paralegal, particularly within the commercial field and excellent knowledge on NDA's. You will need to have a strong understanding of legal terminology, principles and practices which is why we need someone who already has had that practical experience.
