Your new company
Hays Education are working exclusively with a large secondary academy in Nottingham who are looking for a passionate and professional qualified teacher to join their friendly and hard-working Maths department from September 2024. (ECT applications welcome!) You will begin working with the school on a temporary basis to ensure the school is the right fit for you. For the right candidate, the role has the potential to become a permanent contract.
Your new role
You will be working in a large and supportive department which encourages teamwork and collaboration to ensure the best teaching and learning across the school. You will be planning and teaching well-structured lessons to impart knowledge and promote a love of learning within your students.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified teacher with experience working within the UK education system. You will have great subject knowledge, with a passion to learn and progress yourself and others around you. You will promote good progress and outcomes, and be able to adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all students. You will make accurate and productive assessments whilst ensuring behaviour and safety of students is managed effectively.
