Our client seeks a high calibre experienced Lettings Negotiator for their busy offices in Swindon.
Primary Duties:
Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
Conduct viewings of properties for let
Administer contract paperwork in relation to tenancy agreements
Update window displays and website
Compose marketing literature
Undertake direct marketing
Secondary Duties:
Conduct viewings of properties for sale
Conduct valuations of properties for rent
Update social media sites
Provide cover when required
Essential Criteria:
Driving licence and a car
Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
Able to work independently and as part of a team
