Due to an internal promotion, we are on the lookout for a customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join us at our Maidstone office covering Kent.
You'll be working collaboratively with our residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe and any improvements are identified, planned and delivered.
Ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that any anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Maidstone. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week and will be out covering their patch daily. .
