We are partnered with an international pharmaceutical company looking to bring in a Senior Employee Relations Specialist for up to 6 months. This role is based in West London with 3 days a week onsite and 2 from home.
We will require someone French-speaking.
You will need to have experience in handling multiple ER cases in the UK and Europe - Germany in particular would be highly beneficial.
Essential Functions
This position will primarily focus on providing ER situational support in UK and certain international locations, and be part of supporting strategic initiatives.
The role will:
Serve as a subject matter expert on a broad range of ER issues, including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations, severance, the redundancy and consultation process, and HR policies and practices, among others.
Provide advice and support to employees, managers, leaders, and HR.
Support business change processes, including acquisitions and reorganizations.
Provide insight and interpretation to managers and employees throughout the company regarding relevant employment principles, complex employee relations issues, performance management, workplace investigations and critical incident management as well as on processes linked to occupational health process.
Pro-actively assists in reviewing, revising and/or recommending ER policies for the company
