The Opportunity
Here lies a fantastic role for either an already established HR Manager or an Advisor who isn't far away from being ready for the next step up. Working under the guidance and mentoring of a passionate HR Director, you'll have the opportunity to work with autonomy and implement your ideas and make your own impression on a company's performance and culture.
The Role
This is a manufacturing business, 24/7 operation. You'll be engaging with the business on a broad level from day to day ER, performance management, compliance etc through to engagement projects, well being, culture development and productivity.
A true generalist role (but no recruitment and no payroll).
The Candidate
Minimum level 5,ideally level 7 CIPD, we're looking to engage with experienced Advisors who are seeking an opportunity to grow or established HR Managers that are well versed in a generalist aspect and a proactive outlook that's focussed on adding value. You'll of course be well adept with ER but also able to demonstrate previous experience in tangible value add projects and experiences.
As the business is a 24/7 operation, there will be an expectation to offer flex around your core hours, being visible from time to time to the workforce that isn't operating 9-5. Ultimately, Senior Advisor or HRM already, we're looking for somebody wo wants autonomy, is flexible to not only do what is required when the door knock or the phone rings, but seek out those opportunities amongst the broader business to make the company a better place through meticulous people engagement and attention to detail alike.
