A highly respected and busy independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced and organised sales administrator for their South Hams office in a truly stunning location with a salary up to £24,000pa plus bonus scheme. This is an exciting role with lots of customer interaction in a thriving and interesting industry. The role will also involve going to properties that are new to the market to prepare sales brochures so there will be time spent out of the office and you would need your own car.
They are looking for a hard-working and personable person, who is articulate and well-presented, a real team player and a person with a "can-do" attitude. They are a down to earth and friendly team and are looking for a customer focused and organised person who can roll their sleeves up and deliver in a busy environment. Some experience in general marketing and social media would also be great but not essential be you must have excellent admin & IT skills so that you can pick up using their software with ease.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-4pm.
In return, there is salary in the region of £24,000 plus bonus scheme and mileage allowance. This is a great company with a super reputation both as an employer and a property agent.
