A leading Lloyds Syndicate requires an experienced London and Lloyds insurance Market Operations Manager to join their growing team.
You will be tasked with managing a variety of operational initiatives, delivering a number of operational changes, projects and target operating models. Assisting the Head of Operations in creating cost effective and efficient operational processes.
You will perform operational deep dive reviews, underwriting process changes, business planning projects and overseeing the underwriting controls.
You must have previous London Market Operations experience and be available at short notice due to the contract nature of the role.
