Job Title: Commercial Litigator

We, at Simpson Judge are seeking a hands-on commercial litigator who has a strong background in commercial litigation, with experience in handling complex cases. This role will consider both junior and senior candidates who have a complementary specialism and/or a reasonable following.
About the Role:
As a commercial litigator at legal 500 firm, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of cases, including contract disputes, corporate disputes, insolvency, insurance, professional negligence, procurement, and more. You will work closely with partners to manage high-value and complex cases, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.
Requirements:
2-3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) as a commercial litigator
Proven experience in handling complex cases and working with partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple cases simultaneously
