What you will do:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including extensive diary management, providing administrative support, managing inboxes, complex travel arrangement, event coordination and being the first point of contact for enquiries. You will maintain all the distribution lists and circulate communications when needed, producing professional documentation, and any other assistance where needed. This role will be supporting a team of MDs and Directors.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support including: managing the diary and inbox extensively, handling monthly budget reconciliation and process invoice. You will assist with presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, deal with correspondence professionally and take phone calls and messages. Additionally, you will create and maintain filing systems, organise meetings and book rooms and order stationery. You will manage IT stock for the team, meet and greet, and organise internal team events.

What you will need:

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and professional manner. They must be adept at managing multiple tasks with a positive, flexible, and proactive approach, demonstrating the ability to juggle and prioritise workloads effectively. An excellent eye for detail and a commitment to seeing projects through to conclusion are essential, along with discretion in all matters. The candidate should be a capable and reliable administrator, paying close attention to detail, and working efficiently on their own initiative. A calm professional demeanour and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
