We are delighted to be partnering with a growing company that offer a wide range of high-quality products across multiple platforms. We are seeking an experienced and driven E-Commerce & Digital Manager to help scale their digital presence and drive online sales through key third party platforms and Shopify.

As the E-Commerce & Digital Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that boost online sales and optimise their presence across multiple digital platforms. This includes managing product listings, running targeted digital marketing campaigns, analysing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will focus heavily on data analysis, market research, and trend tracking to ensure products stand out in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and optimise performance on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, B&Q, Wayfair, and The Range.
  • Leverage Google Ads to drive traffic, enhance product visibility, and increase conversions across all platforms.
  • Oversee daily operations of online stores, ensuring optimal performance, product availability, and seamless user experiences on all digital platforms.
  • Create, manage, and optimise product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and SEO-friendly keywords to improve search rankings and drive sales.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid and organic social media strategies, across platforms like Instagram and TikTok to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and campaign metrics, including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve performance.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, improving website navigation, checkout processes, and customer service interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and seamless product delivery while maintaining stock levels across all platforms to prevent stockouts or overselling.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform product selection, marketing tactics, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including insights on sales, traffic, conversion rates

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce & digital marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of third party digital platforms and shopify or similar
  • Experience with Google Ads and other digital marketing tools to drive sales and visibility.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimise campaigns based on insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with product listing optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey and e-commerce UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and initiatives simultaneously.
